German Language Help

"To guess the English word for an unknown German word, replace German T with D; Z or SS with T; D with TH; EI with O or I; AU with EE or EA; CH with CK or CH; B with F or V; PF with P; and SCH as the first letters of a word with S. The German word PFLANZ becomes plant; ZWEI becomes two."

OMG! It works!

Brought back memories of my visit to Rüsselsheim, Germany. In the hotel, I asked room service "Where are the vending machines located?"...I was taken to the laundry room. Hey...at least they had washers and dryers! I learned that clothes washers and dryers are not in every home. Neither are air conditioners. Things we take for granted are considered a luxury in some parts of the world.
Sorry I missed you when you stopped by my blog. Hope you will visit again.
