This one was spotted at the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station.It looks a bit like a trash can or a compost bin, but there is a lock on it and as far as I can tell it doesn't stink.

I've seen those things at other stations too. I don't know what it is. My guess at the time was that it had salt in it for winter...?
